We recommend that you visit our dental office at least once every six months for a routine dental checkup. During this appointment, our hygienist will perform a professional teeth cleaning and apply fluoride to your teeth. Dental fluoride is a mineral that helps protect your teeth against decay by strengthening your tooth enamel. Our dentist will then perform a dental exam and will sometimes take dental X-rays.
